With proper care, your unit can last 1–3 years, depending on use and maintenance.

Limit excessive heat to maintain softness and long-term integrity.
Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, including unopened hair. Once hair leaves our facility, we cannot restock or resell it.
Salon services and booking retainers are also non-refundable.
